Nissan Cafe by Nick Wallace is located at the Two Mississippi Museums in Downtown Jackson, and features breakfast and lunch options that are sure to satisfy even the most articulate of palate. “It’s a Southern-focused menu,” Wallace said, “but it should be considered ‘eclectic.’ That’s what we really are here in the South.”
Nick Wallace, a deeply-rooted Jackson, Mississippi chef and advocate for the distribution of home-grown and farm-raised products, has used his Mississippi roots and classical French training to beautifully combine his take on a Modern Mississippian cuisine.
