Nissan Cafe by Nick Wallace is located at the Two Mississippi Museums in Downtown Jackson, and features authentic menu options that are sure to satisfy even the most articulate of palate. “It’s a Southern-focused menu,” Wallace said, “but it should be considered ‘eclectic.’ That’s what we really are here in the South.”
Nick Wallace, a deeply-rooted Jackson, Mississippi chef and advocate for the distribution of home-grown and farm-raised products, has used his Mississippi roots and classical French training to beautifully combine his take on a Modern Mississippian cuisine. He is known for redefining the Southern experience, and bringing the farm to your table.
Voted Best Chef for Jackson, MS, the last four years, Nick has also been named Best Chef of Mississippi 2020 and has remained on the list of Best Chef America. He has also been featured on many publication networks such as Southern Living Magazine, Food Network’s “Comfort Nation” (season 2), Food Network’s “Chopped” and Alton’s Challenge on Food Network’s “Chopped”, Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen”, Food Network’s Canada “Firemasters”, and “Unexplored America – Mississippi”.
