The Mississippi Civil Rights Museum shares the stories of a Mississippi movement that changed the nation. Its mission is to document, exhibit the history of, and promote a greater understanding of the American Civil Rights Movement in the State of Mississippi between 1945 and 1970. The Museum features and highlights the strength and sacrifice of its peoples.
