Just Vanilla is a coffee bar and bakery serving the Downtown Jackson community. Our bakery was born from our chef. Guillermo Salinas’ love for quality sourced ingredients coming together to make innovative and delicious food. We value collaboration and community and enjoy bringing a missing piece to our local food scene.
