The Arts Center of Mississippi is part of a cultural complex shared with the Russell C. Davis Planetarium, and is ideally located in Downtown Jackson. It is home to eight local arts organizations: Ballet Mississippi, Opera Mississippi, Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, International Museum of Muslim Cultures, International Ballet Competition, and Arts for All. The Arts Center of Mississippi also provides community space for the presentation and support of multidisciplinary arts such as dance, music, theatre, and visual arts.
