The Garden Club of Jackson is hosting a week-long event at the Mississippi Museum of Art to benefit MMA’s Payton Garden. Guest artist from Provence, Jill Steenhuis, will teach five art workshops, and present four programs. Learn more about each event and workshop.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
– Monday, April 12: Preview & Toast (6pm – 7:30pm)
– Tuesday, April 13: The Garden Club of Jackson Member Showcase (10am – 5pm) & Sunset Plein Air Demonstration (6:30pm – 8pm)
– Wednesday, April 14: Art, Soul, and Bloom! Featured Event (9:30am – 11am) & Painting the Invisible (6:30pm – 8pm)

ART WORKSHOPS:
– Saturday, April 10 – Sunday, April 11: Two-day Oil Painting Workshop in Gloria Walker’s Gardens
– Monday, April 12: Half-Day Drawing Workshop in the MMA gardens (2pm – 5pm)
– Tuesday, April 13 OR Wednesday, April 14: Half-Day Pastel Workshop in the MMA gardens (2pm – 5pm)
– Thursday, April 15 – Friday, April 16: Two-Day Oil Painting Workshop in Katie Breese’s gardens (9am – 5pm)
