The 2020 #UndertheLight series continues with an online discussion of the discrimination against the Chinese community during Jim Crow in Mississippi featuring guest lecturer Adrienne Berard, research communications specialist at the College of William & Mary in Virginia and author of Water Tossing Boulders: How a Family of Chinese Immigrants Led the First Fight to Desegregate Schools in the Jim Crow South.
