The annual MEGA Barrel Race, hosted by the Mississippi State Fairgrounds, will be held Thursday, August 18th through Sunday, August 21st at the Mississippi Equine Center! This family fun event, free and open to the public, is for all ages and is all barrels! Competitors of all ages from across the nation will be in town running amazing barrel runs! First, second and third place champions of each division will win cash prizes, saddles, belt buckles, and more.
Thursday, August 18, 9am: Draw 1-600
Friday, August 19, 9am: Draw 601 till end (app. 900 or so depending), followed by Draw 600 down to draw 301
Saturday, August 20, 9am: Draw 300 down to Draw 1, followed by Draw “end” down to Draw 601.
Sunday, August 21, 8am: Church service followed by the FINALS at 9:30am
