Start your day with energy and intention. Join Downtown Fitness for early morning movement, cardio,
and strength training in the heart of downtown as the sun rises over the skyline. Bring a water bottle
and yoga mat. Beginner levels welcome. A free membership to Downtown Fitness and access to its
facilities will be provided to all participants throughout the 8-week program. Prizes from area fitness
stores will be awarded weekly, and all participants will receive a Sunrise Shape Up T-shirt.
