Join the International Museum of Muslim Cultures (IMMC), along with Salma Arastu, for an Earth Day celebration, Our Earth: Embracing All Communities, on Sunday, April 24, from 2 – 3pm.
As a woman, artist, author, and mother, Salma works to create harmony by expressing the universality of humanity through paintings, sculpture, poetry, and calligraphy. Salma has won several prestigious awards, and her art pieces are displayed across the US and Europe. She has also written and published five books on art and poetry including her recent, “Our Earth: Embracing All Communities”, of which this presentation will discuss.
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
