On the National Day of Racial Healing on Tuesday, January 21, the Two Mississippi Museums will host two panel discussions—one celebrating John Perkins’ contribution to the Civil Rights Movement and the other exploring the role of philanthropy in community transformation. Lunch will be provided during the first panel discussion at 11:30 a.m.
This program marking the National Day of Racial Healing, an initiative spearheaded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, is presented in partnership with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, the Perkins Family, the Foundation for the Mid South, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
