Join MDAH for the Juneteenth Jubilee at the Two Mississippi Museums! This evening program, celebrating Black empowerment and community, will feature a variety of activities in collaboration with Briarwood Arts Center. Activities include Juneteenth-themed crafts, card and yard games, Juneteenth-themed tours at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m., a line dance workshop by Aaron Honeysuckle at 5:30 p.m., and performances by The Master’s Touch DrumLine, LLC, Jasmine JT Thomas, Cliffton Cotten, and the Anderson United Methodist Church youth dance ministry. Fratelli Italian Ice will also be on site to serve sweet treats. This event is made possible through the support of Ingalls Shipbuilding.
