The April edition of History Happy Hour, History Happy Hour Remix with Chef Nick, will begin at 5 p.m. on Entergy plaza in front of the Museum of Mississippi History and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum, and will feature food trucks and music! At 6 p.m. Chef Nick Wallace will lead a conversation about farm-to-table food ways in Mississippi with Cindy Ayers Elliot, owner of Foot Print Farms; LaMarcus Robinson, owner of Oops All Vegan restaurant; and LeBron Alexander, executive chef at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi.
Admission to the museums is free. A cash bar and food trucks will be available. For more information email info@mdah.ms.gov.
