Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade & Festival 2022 will be dancing down the streets of Downtown Jackson on Saturday, March 26!
This year’s theme is “Go Big & Come Home,” and is a collaboration with Visit Jackson and the Jackson, Mississippi Bicentennial campaign, celebrating 200 years of Jackson! The Grand Marshal is Alexander “Trace” Armstrong Alston III, a proud Jacksonian and longtime parade member with the marching Rude Men Crew. Proceeds from the parade and festival will benefit Children’s of Mississippi, the State’s only dedicated pediatric hospital and research center.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS
9am – Children’s Festival begins
10am – MARL (Mississippi Animal Rescue League) Pet Parade
11am – Children’s Parade
1pm – Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade, with Street Festival to follow at Hal & Mal’s
3pm – Official Afterparty at Hal & Mal’s
The Official Afterparty at Hal & Mal’s will feature live music from The Molly Ringwalds, Mustache the Band, The Frazier Band, Southern Komfort Brass Band, and the Collective featuring DJ Cadillac, DJ URI, and DJ Tam. For more info on the “whole dang shebang”, visit halsstpaddysparade.com.
