In anticipation of the spring special exhibition What Became of Dr. Smith, join the Mississippi Museum of Art for a conversation between artist Noah Saterstrom and State Librarian of Mississippi Stephen Parks. These two come together for a special evening to discuss Noah’s creative process from discovering his family’s story in the archive to creating a monumental painting inspired by historical material. Learn how to use the archive to investigate your own family’s history and gain insight into the working methods of Noah Saterstrom.
