Get a little exercise before all that turkey and bring your out-of-town guests to see our Capital City’s Downtown District! Come learn about Mississippi’s Capital City, Jackson. This 3-hour stroll of the city will show you where it all began. From the Old Capitol Building and Smith Park, to the Woolworth’s Sit-in Site, and on to the Mississippi Art Museum, we will discover Jackson’s past, present and future.
The group will begin and end at Hal & Mal’s Restaurant/Martin’s Downtown. Tour promptly begins at 1:30pm. We will meet under the huge Hal & Mal’s sign on the brick wall at 1:25pm. Come early and grab a pre-drink at Martin’s bar!
