Art on Film

Using the medium of film, the Mississippi Museum of Art explores stories of artists and art on view in Piercing the Inner Wall: The Art of Dusti Bonge, Betye Saar: Call and Response, and New Symphony of Time. This series is screened in The Art Garden and BankPlus Green. Curated and introduced by longtime Mississippi Film commissioner Ward Emling, attendees will learn a glimpse about the film’s cinematic, cultural, or historical context.
