The Lecile Harris Memorial Processional replaces the 2021 Dixie National Parade.
Commissioner Andy Gipson announced MDAC will host a memorial processional for the late Lecile Harris, professional rodeo clown and longtime performer at the Dixie National Rodeo, on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The processional, comprised of the Dixie National Wagon Train, will be held at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds. Seating will be available on the Fairgrounds for those who wish to view the processional.
