Shiro Café & Restaurant is Downtown’s only Ethiopian restaurant. Shiro is open for breakfast, offering signature crepes and a selection of hot coffee, including espresso, Macchiato, and latte options, to help get your day started! For lunch, build your own plate starting with a rice, tortilla, or teff bread base topped with a selection of protein such as chicken, beef, tofu, or lamb. The plate comes with the choice of two side items, from a selection of Ethiopian vegetable dishes!
